1. A simple understanding

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. They are just a small promise between us – nothing more.

2. Our products – ceramics & glass

We sell ceramic ware, glassware, wedding keepsakes, and home decor. Many pieces are handmade, so small variations (bubbles, uneven glaze, color differences) are not defects – they are the soul of the piece.

3. Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in GBP, USD, or EUR (select your preferred currency at checkout). Prices include applicable taxes. After you place an order, we will send a confirmation. We may cancel an order if there is a stock or pricing error – and refund you fully.

4. Payment

We accept major payment methods (credit cards, PayPal, etc.). All payments are processed securely by third parties. We do not store your payment details.

5. Shipping & fragile items

We ship to the address you give us. Please inspect your ceramics/glass within 48 hours of delivery. If anything is broken, send us a photo – we will replace or refund you. No need to return broken pieces.

6. Returns (change of mind)

You may return undamaged, unused items within 14 days, in original packaging. Return shipping is your responsibility. Custom/personalized items are final sale.

7. Our responsibility

If an item arrives damaged, we will replace or refund it. That is our promise.

8. Your responsibility

Please handle fragile items with care once they reach you. We cannot be responsible for accidental breakage after delivery.

9. Intellectual property

All images and text on this site belong to us. Please do not use them without asking.

10. Disputes

If any issue arises, let us talk about it gently first. We trust that a kind conversation can solve almost everything.
